Christine, the pottery instructor, has her BS.
in Art Ed. from Kutztown U. She has taught
Art for over 17 years and a Pottery Instructor
in a College Preparatory school for the last 12
½ years of those years, before coming to
Fredericksburg the summer of ’06.


Pottery and Hand-building Classes

Indulge your creative side with a Pottery,
throwing on the wheel class.
The first session of classes you will learn the
basics for making different types of bowls.
The next session of classes, will concentrate
on vase shapes.


Adults -15 and over (3 spaces)
Pottery/ Throwing on the Wheel
Class fee is $155 for five consecutive weeks.
Plus the clay and glaze fee of $30 per person.

Tuesdays  6:30-8pm   
Thursdays  6:30-8pm  

Children  Ages 10 -14 yrs  (3 spaces)
Class fee is $125 for five consecutive weeks.
Plus the clay and glaze fee of $30 per person.

Tuesdays  4:30-6pm   
Thursdays  4:30-6pm   

Children’s Hand-Building Class 10-14 yrs
In this class, you will construct a slab
keepsake box and make your own coil pot.
Class fee is $125 for five consecutive weeks.
Plus the clay and glaze fee of $30 per person.
Wednesdays  4:30-6pm

SUMMER CAMP – 2009








This summer we’re offering a variety of activities for the young
artist.  Projects will include throwing on the pottery wheel, ceramic
molding & pouring, clay handbuilding, mosaic pieces & so much
more!!  Each week we will have different sets of activities planned.

Cost is $150 per session.  Our summer camp fee has NOT gone up in
4 years!!  What a DEAL!!  A discount of 10% will be available until
4/15/09.
